Banned and don't know why

I recently got my computer back and tried to get on Slivion, only to be told I was banned with the message: Penis.. that is all.
Would someone please tell me who did this, why they did this and consider unbanning me?

Yes same i have been banned also and i would like to know who banned me for penis.. that is all
